TAAG Angola Airlines and Gol Linhas Aéreas have signed a codeshare agreement that will allow the airlines to add destinations from their partner to their portfolio. This partnership aims to strengthen the connectivity between Angola and Brazil by allowing travelers to have access to more destinations within both countries.

As part of the agreement, TAAG will offer its flight code to 13 Brazilian domestic destinations operated by Gol, including Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, and Porto Alegre, among others. In return, Gol will add its flight code to the São Paulo-Luanda route operated by TAAG, giving passengers access to destinations in Europe and Africa.

The new codeshare agreement is expected to provide greater convenience and flexibility to passengers traveling between Angola and Brazil, as well as enable local businesses to connect to new markets.

Currently, TAAG offers five weekly flights between São Paulo and Luanda, operated with a Boeing 777-300. The codeshare agreement will enhance connectivity between the two continents, providing more travel and business opportunities for passengers.
