Kenya Airways (KQ), has announced increased flight frequencies on the Nairobi – London route to eleven (11) times weekly, effective November 3, 2022.

The increased flight frequencies will cater to this route’s increased demand and provide KQ customers with increased flight options in the upcoming winter season.

The scheduled increase also comes in the wake of the announced codeshare pact with Air Austral whose passengers will have seamless connections to the wider Kenya Airways network including London.

KQ will operate daily flights to London, in addition to 2X-daily flights operating on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Meanwhile, from December, the SkyTeam carrier is adding service on the Mombasa – Dubai sector, previously served by Rwandair until December 2018.

From December 1, KQ will operate a triangular routing Nairobi – Mombasa – Dubai, operated by the Boeing 737-800 aircraft 4 times weekly.

This comes as Qatar Airways seeks to restart its Mombasa to Doha flights previously suspended due to the health crisis.
