Air Cairo inaugurated year-round operations between Hurghada and Banja Luka last month, with a full Airbus A320 aircraft departing Bosnia and Herzegovina’s second largest city.
The airline will maintain two weekly operations between the two.
Air Cairo introduced scheduled operations from Hurghada to both Sarajevo and Skopje this month, with the airline to run regular summer charters between Sharm el Sheikh and Pristina from July as well.
The civil aviation authorities of Egypt, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia approved the operating schedule for two flights per week between Hurghada and Sarajevo on Friday and Tuesday, and two more flights per week between Hurghada and Banjaluka on Friday and Tuesday, and two flights on Saturday and Wednesday between Hurghada and Skopje with the latest Airbus A320neo models, which seats 180 passengers in economy class.
Meanwhile, the carrier has also launched a new route connecting the Egyptian resort destination of Sharm El-Sheikh with Tel Aviv in Israel. The new route will operate three days a week.
