Air Senegal is boosting its flight schedules by adding six additional services on its recently launched Dakar-New-York-Baltimore route in order to better support travel needs for the winter, Christmas and New Year holidays.
The airline is experiencing an increase in customer demand throughout West Africa for its new flights to the United States with the additional flights operated on 07,14,21 December 2021 and 04,11,18 January 2022.
While the coronavirus pandemic completely disrupted the industry, with near empty flights and parked aircraft the most visible signs of trouble, however, the push to reopen borders has provided most carriers with a glimmer of hope.
All currently scheduled and additional flights will be operated as follows: Dakar-New York-Baltimore-New York-Dakar offering convenient connections via Dakar in both directions to Abidjan, Banjul, Freetown, Conakry, Praia, Bamako and Nouakchott.
Meanwhile, Air Senegal is also scheduling its 3rd weekly Dakar – Cotonou – Douala – Libreville flight from 9 November 2021 operated with the airline’s A319/321 aircraft.
