As demand for cargo capacity continues to surge on the African continent, Astral Aviation, one of Africa’s preeminent cargo operators has signed an interline agreement with Azerbaijan based, Silk Way West Airlines to expand their networks via Dubai World Central as their transit hub.
Silk Way West Airlines will enter the African cargo market where it had no scheduled services, effectively expanding its global reach while Astral Aviation will access its wider network and continue its growth
Johnny Rubio, Silk Way West Airlines’ chief commercial officer Indian Subcontinent, Middle East, Africa, said: “It is another success for us having such a large network across the African continent. The benefits of this interline agreement are of great interest.”
