Air Belgium, the Belgian airline, has announce its latest interline agreement with Air Mauritius, the national carrier of Mauritius. This collaboration will pave the way for Air Belgium to introduce three new captivating destinations in the Indian Ocean: Madagascar, Rodrigues, and Reunion Island.

The agreement with Air Mauritius grants Air Belgium access to key airports in the Indian Ocean region, including Antananarivo-Ivato in Madagascar (TNR), Rodrigues-Sir Gaëtan Duval (RRG), and Saint Denis-Roland Garros in Reunion Island (RUN). These enchanting destinations, known for their natural beauty and cultural richness, are now easily accessible for Belgian travelers.

In addition, the airline has already established a strong presence in South Africa, with connections to numerous domestic destinations (about twenty domestic destinations via Johannesburg or Cape Town ), through its partnership with AirLink, of which it has been a partner since last September. With this interline agreement, Air Belgium extends its reach to Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and other exciting African destinations.

Air Belgium’s collaboration with Air Mauritius marks a significant milestone in the expansion of its network, providing travelers with a wider range of options for their next adventure. Whether seeking the unique wildlife of Madagascar, the untouched beauty of Rodrigues, or the stunning landscapes of Reunion Island, Air Belgium is poised to make these experiences accessible and memorable for all.
