Croatian ACMI specialist ETF Airways concluded a wet-lease arrangement with France’s Corsair International according to a notification from ETF Airways.

The result has seen ETF deploying one of its Boeing 737-800 aircraft with registration 9A-ABC as of December 22, on the island of Reunion, located off the coast of South Africa between Madagascar and Mozambique.

The two-hour journey is being maintained on behalf of Corsair, which is one of France’s oldest airlines operating an all widebody fleet.

The Boeing 737-800 flies daily between Réunion and Mayotte as first flights have already been carried out and a seasonal base is being set up on Réunion.

For the time being, the wet-lease contract will extend over the current winter flight schedule period 2021/22.
