Air Senegal is reducing its flights frequency in this winter season between Dakar and Barcelona, usually operated via Casablanca from 5 weekly to 3 weekly services.
The airline will however maintain five weekly rotations between Dakar and Casablanca with the terminator HC331/332 in service.
On the other hand, Air Senegal during winter 2021/22 plans to increase its operations between Dakar and Milan Malpensa Airport with flights to be maintained 5X weekly outstripping its summer frequencies. The service will run between 9 December and 13 January 2022.
Up from the previous 3X weekly announced in February 17 this year, Air Senegal’s Milan flight fills a significant void left by the defunct Air Italy. The city pair totalled 117,000 passengers in 2019.
Milan Malpensa flights is operated by A321 aircraft and cabins will feature a seating configuration of 165 seats, including 16 in business class with lie-flat seats and 149 economy class seats.
