Camair Co, the national airline of Cameroon, is excited to announce the launch of new nonstop flights between Yaounde and Bangui to meet the growing demand for travel between Cameroon and the Central African Republic. Starting from Tuesday, May 16th, the airline will operate two weekly flights on Tuesdays and Thursdays using an Embraer 145 aircraft.
The new route will provide a convenient and direct connection for travelers between Yaounde, the capital of Cameroon, and Bangui, the capital of the Central African Republic. With this nonstop link, Camair Co aims to cater to the needs of various international institutions, including the United Nations and the BEAC (Bank of Central African States), that operate in the Central Africa region.
The flight schedule for the Yaounde-Bangui route is as follows: Departing from Yaounde on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the flight will make stops in Douala (DLA), Yaounde Nsimalen Airport (NSI), and Bangui (BGF) before returning to Yaounde Nsimalen Airport and finally Yaounde. Additionally, on Saturdays, the airline will operate a route from Douala to Bangui, providing further flexibility for travelers.
Camair Co will have no competition on this route, being the sole airline offering a nonstop connection between the two capital cities, Yaounde and Bangui. This service will greatly benefit individuals and organizations traveling between Cameroon and the Central African Republic, facilitating business, diplomatic, and cultural exchanges.
