Turkish Airlines and Air Seychelles have announced a new codeshare deal between Turkey and Seychelles, offering their customers seamless connections and increased opportunities than ever before.
The signing ceremony of the codeshare agreement took place at Turkish Airlines headquarters in Istanbul in the presence of Turkish Airlines CEO Bilal Ekşi and Air Seychelles Acting CEO Sandy Benoiton and will officially launch on October 15, 2022.
This new codeshare agreement aims to expand the commercial partnership between the two airlines and their respective countries while providing passengers with more travel options between Turkey and Seychelles.
The codeshare partnership will mean Turkish Airlines placing its code on Mahé–Praslin flights operated by Air Seychelles, while Air Seychelles on the other hand will place its code on Istanbul–Mahé, Istanbul–Tel Aviv, and Istanbul–Paris flights operated by Turkish Airlines.
In addition, the agreement would also be extended in the future. “Air Seychelles is delighted to offer the TK code on our domestic flights between Mahé and Praslin, enabling a one-ticket transaction for seamless travel to the second largest island in Seychelles. Additionally, Air Seychelles’ HM code will appear in major cities in Europe and the Middle East, providing more options and travel date flexibility to our passengers,” said Sandy Benoiton.
