The hugely successful African Aviators Web Series announces today its evolution into live format.
The event, an initiative of Aviadev, the African Aviation Group (on facebook) and Airspace Africa was created to inspire the next generation of aviators on the continent and is sponsored by Embraer, the largest manufacturer of regional Jets in the world.
Six episodes from the web series received a viewership of over half a million and have been archived here for all who ever missed out.
The new series will now focus on physical aviation engagement and will zoom in on Embraer and its role in driving African aviation through Embraer operators on the continent. Prospective aviators will explore the Embraer ecosystem in Africa from aircraft operations, training and maintenance to maximize impact through first hand experience.
The first event on the 23rd of September will focus on Africa World Airlines (AWA), who are celebrating 10 years of successful operations.
AWA is a dedicated Embraer operator and one of the success stories in Africa’s aviation sector.
